LAYÀ is a local clothing brand based in the Philippines. All our clothes are crafted meticulously by our fellow Filipino artisans.

SHIPPING

We use LBC, Grab Express and Lalamove for delivery.

For provincial, standard rate of P210.

We will process the delivery once payment has been settled.

Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business days.

All made to order items will be processed 10-15 business days upon payment.

TRACKING OF ORDERS

Tracking numbers will be updated vial email once your order has been dispatched.

After a package is handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over its handling. While we will assist in resolving any issues such as errors, delays, or damages caused by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for these occurrences.

For inquiries and updates on your package’s status, please contact the courier directly unless the tracking number wasn’t sent to you via email or SMS.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As all our pieces are exclusively for pre-order, we do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you’ve chosen the wrong size or need to make adjustments to your order, we’re pleased to provide size alterations for a small fee (ranging from ₱250 to ₱450). All shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will not charge any fees and will take the required steps to resolve any problems and ensure a perfect fit.


Custom Orders, Fittings & Adjustments Policy

For custom orders involving measurements, fit, or design modifications, we highly recommend a first fitting at our studio. This allows our team to assess the piece properly and address any adjustments immediately, ensuring the best possible outcome.

If a client chooses to skip the studio fitting and prefers to assess the fit off-site, any succeeding returns or deliveries required for further adjustments will be shouldered by the client.

This process helps us maintain quality, accuracy, and timely completion for all custom pieces.

We value mutual respect and collaboration throughout the process. As such, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for requests that fall outside our policies or for behavior that is disrespectful to our team.
